Guarantee and Refund

We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects or dissatisfaction.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, our guarantee is 30 days from receipt of the product.
You should contact us at support@fansracing.shop informing us of the problem together with photos of the product in question and the option you prefer, receiving a new product or a full refund of the amount paid. Once we have received your complaint, we will inform you of the procedure for reverse logistics when necessary, and the answer to your request, giving you the form you have chosen, refund or sending a new product.

If the product in question is not available in our stock, a refund will be made automatically.

In the event of cancellation of purchase, regret or any other reason, the deadline for requesting a refund is 7 calendar days after receipt of the product.

Likewise, you must contact us via our contact channel stating your intention.
